Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 3 ripe peaches sliced
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 4 cups arugula or mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts or pistachios
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of flaky salt or kosher salt

For the Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

Step 1: Make the dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2: Prepare the peaches

  • Wash and dry the peaches. Slice them into wedges, removing the pits.

Step 3: Arrange the greens

  • Place the arugula or mixed greens on a large serving plate or in a shallow bowl.

Step 4: Add the peaches and burrata

  • Layer the peach slices over the greens. Gently tear the burrata into pieces and place it around the salad.

Step 5: Add toppings

  • Sprinkle fresh basil, red onion if using, toasted nuts, flaky salt, and black pepper over the top.

Step 6: Dress and serve

  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad right before serving. Serve immediately while the peaches are fresh and the burrata is creamy.
