For the Beef

- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce optional
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Serving
- 3 cups cooked white rice or brown rice
- 2 green onions sliced
